LoVallo is a graduate of Williamsville South High School and attended both Canisius College and the University of Buffalo, Graduating  with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science /Theater minor. James has lived abroad (Milan) as well as New York City. He has deep roots in the local market with relationships that span from multi-generational familial connections. James knows all of the local neighborhoods inside-out. He is a great individual to help you find or sell a house because he is in tune with the buyers and sellers in the market. James has a vast knowledge of the real estate business, he formerly owned a Title Company as well as a Mortgage Brokerage, providing hundreds of families with the American dream of home ownership. James was an actor in NYC ,where he honed the craft of listening and communicating , at the Lee Strasberg School in lower Manhattan.  James also was a professional photographer in Milan, Italy and enjoys making your home shine through his intimate knowledge of Photography. James G.
